“In the Broadway revival Fiddler on the Rooftitle role, Kelly Hall-Tompkins, the versatile violinist, makes the music come alive.” The New York Times

A not-to-be-missed evening of all new Fiddler-inspired music! Acclaimed “Fiddler”/violin soloist Kelly Hall-Tompkins, a 2017 New York Times New Yorker of the Year and performer in the upcoming Fiddler documentary Miracle of Miracles, brings you an entire evening of ALL NEW solo arrangements from the beloved musical. Developed by “the Fiddler” herself and in collaboration with the creative team from the Bartlett Sher production, arranger Oran Eldor and conductor/orchestrator Ted Sperling, this program walzes from Klezmer to caprice to jazz ballad, celebrates the soul of the violin, the beloved musical, and the flavor of the recent Broadway production. Audiences in diverse venues around the world have enjoyed this groundbreaking program: from BBC radio live in London to Kiev, Ukriane; at the US Supreme Court, Lincoln Center, Feinstein’s 54 Below, Princeton University, and Merkin Hall; with orchestras around the country; and on the show “In Your Face New York.”

100% of your ticket goes directly to Brooklyn Jesuit Prep, a Catholic Jesuit middle school serving low-income families of diverse races, ethnicities and faiths in the Crown Heights neighborhood of Brooklyn. Our mission is to develop young leaders who are intellectually competent, open to growth, loving, religious and committed to doing justice. We achieve this goal through a rigorous academic program during an extended school day, a residential summer leadership camp and a graduate support program offering academic and tuition support through high school. In this way, we break the cycle of poverty through education and further the Jesuit tradition of molding men and women for others.
